At EEDA we have a full year of exciting meets planned for 2017, starting with our Valentine's meet on the 10th-12th February where we have the brilliant party band 'The Established'. Non-members and evening visitors (so bring a friend) are welcome to attend the entertainment on Saturday evening. Tickets are available on the door or via the booking forms which can be downloaded here, or via the website
We continue on the 10th March at the Room in the Rodings where we will be holding a fun & games weekend in the heated hall.
On the 17th site opens at 5pm for our AGM weekend at Chelmer Valley School, where camping for the whole weekend is just £10.00 per unit. You don't need to camp to attend the actual AGM which starts at 2pm, but you do need to be an EEDA member to attend the meeting. Saturday evening will bring a disco and games. We have some committee members retiring this year, so if you would like to join the committee or would like more information, please contact our secretary Jason Bryant -

Later in March we have our working party at the Kelvedon Hatch Club site. All pitches are FREE, hardstanding, and include EHU! This is a booked meet and booking should be made with our countryside care officer, Steve Ponton on 07958535726 after 5.30pm or email If anyone is brave enough to want to camp on grass under canvas, this can be accommodated by arrangement.
Easter brings us back once again to East Bergholt. Activities and entertainment are being finalised now, but you can be assured of a great fun filled weekend. With large amounts of hard standing and grass pitches this all-weather location is untroubled by rain, and with heated halls and toilets available it is always popular.
To make these meets possible we rely on stewards who camp the meet for FREE. If you are able or want to steward (or would like more information on stewarding) any of our meets or THS sites during 2017, please do not hesitate to contact us
