July Newsletter

posted 10 Jul 2017, 03:51 by Paul Bush
Summer is now upon us and with the long nights and warm weather, what better time to get away for a few nights?
Our THS in Sea Palling, Norfolk is open if you fancy a break by the sea. Just 200 yards from the sandy blue flag beach it is open until 29th. More info

Currently running is our mid-week meet at Homestead Lake Park, Weeley. All pitches are still just £8.00 per night and the site it open until midday on Friday 14th.

Unfortunately our meet at Bassets Farm, Danbury from the 14th-16th has been cancelled as we have been unable to obtain stewards.

The following weekend we are back at Homestead Lake Park from the 21st-23rd for those who couldn't make it during the week. The site has fishing (can be arranged with landowners direct on site), a camping shop, cafe, and (keep the credit card at home) also sells new and used caravans.

Our last July meet on the 28th-30th is at the popular Spains Hall just outside the picturesque village of Finchingfield.

Full details of all the sites are on our website -

The start of August (4th-6th) brings us to another new site for 2017, Boyton Hall Farm near Roxwell. We still require a steward for this meet so if you can assist please contact us as this meet is running the risk of being cancelled if we are unable to get stewards.

On this subject we still need stewards for some more of our meets this year. Without stewards we cannot run our meets. Stewards camp the meet for FREE so if you are able or want to steward (or would like more information on stewarding) any of our meets or THS sites during 2017, please do not hesitate to contact us or visit the website where you can see which meets we need stewards for.
