Well that's the AGM over. So who are the new committee for 2017/18? You can find out on our website at
http://www.eeda.co.uk/about-us/committee
So what else is happening in EEDA?

On the 24th-26th March we have our working party at the Kelvedon Hatch Club site. All pitches are FREE, hard standing, and include EHU! This is a booked meet and booking should be made with our countryside care officer, Steve Ponton on 07958535726 after 5.30pm or by email
sponton@eeda.co.uk. If anyone is brave enough to want to camp on grass under canvas, this can be accommodated by arrangement.

Easter brings us back once again to East Bergholt. Site opens at 2pm on Thursday 13th. Activities and entertainment are being finalised now and a programme of events will be sent out early April. You can be assured of a great fun filled weekend.
The Easter bunny will be visiting the kids and he has asked us how many children will be there so he has a better idea on how many Easter eggs to bring. If you can let us know in advance if you are coming with children then we can let him know how many Easter eggs he will need. Just reply to this email.

For anyone who is going to the National Motorhome Show in Peterborough on the 21st-23rd April, and wishes to be included in the EEDA block a separate email will be going out in the next few days providing details on how to be included. Further details are available from Brian Wouldham by email blockbookings@eeda.co.uk

The Mayday bank holiday takes us to Barleylands in Billericay from the 28th April until 1st May where pitches are only £8 per night, and we have obtained reduced price admission for campers to the farm park. The site has toilets & showers and we have a limited number of EHU available at additional cost. The marquees will be up and we will be organising some evening entertainment such as cash bingo, a quiz or beetle drive and a raffle. Further details next month.

To make these meets possible we rely on stewards who camp the meet for FREE. If you are able or want to steward (or would like more information on stewarding) any of our meets or THS sites during 2017, please do not hesitate to contact us sites@eeda.co.uk or visit the website www.eeda.co.uk/meets where you can see which meets we need stewards for.
