Lee Meadow camp site is set in 27 acres, with extensive woodland to one side and rolling hills to the others. Fine views can be enjoyed of the Bristol Channel out towards Wales. Only 1 ½ miles from the golden sands of the blue flag beach at Woolacombe, AN AWARD WINNING BEACH! Voted Number 1 in the UK by Trip advisor (February 2015), Number 4 in Europe, and Number 13 in the World! Woolacombe also holds the ‘England for Excellence Gold Award’ for best family resort and was voted the Best British Beach in the Mail On Sunday. Within a 10 minute drive you have Croyde, Puttsborough, Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows, which is one of the largest sand dune systems in the UK and is considered so important that it has been declared Britains first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve providing habitats for over 400 species of wild flowers. 12 pubs within walking distance that are favourites with the locals that sell fine ales, cider and good food
