BOOKING INFORMATION
Following the club's guidance and feedback from our members we are continuing to make most of our meets BOOKED meets.
Booking for all our weekend sites and THS sites are all open now.
Having our sites as booked meets helps us ensure pitches are available for our members and helps the committee better plan the events at larger meets
For some meets or THS we may request a booking deposit or payment before your booking is approved. These meets are clearly indicated on the booking form and we will contact you with details of how to pay.
If a member books a pitch but is unable to attend and fails to cancel their pitch more than once, future bookings may not be authorised. This is to ensure maximum pitch availability for all members.
